The summer has taken me on some great adventures.  I have also had some great clients and I need to get back to blogging all about them! Here are a few from Evan’s senior session in May.  She is as beautiful inside as she is on the outside! She just returned from a mission trip to Nicaragua!  What a wonderful girl!

The light was so yummy on the evening of our session.  I just had to play with these shots and have fun with the sun!  I used some different editing techniques to create some summery vintage images!  I also loved the drama her formal gown inspired.  Congratulations Olivia!

It was so fun meeting you and your Mom! We took advantage of the lovely weather and had a great time posing all over the park.  I loved her idea of releasing balloons in her school colors! Congratulations Crysta!

While we were visiting Fort Knox during the Thanksgiving break, I took a few shots of Autumn in the leaves.  In South Texas we don’t have too much of a fall season.  It was fun to see all of the color!

I had a wonderful visit with a dear friend of mine in Upstate New York.  It was as they say “wicked” fun! We don’t see each other often and I treasure our visits.  While I was there, I could not resist having a few sessions in the beautiful fall scenery.  All of the trees were orange, yellow or red! A definite change from the Texas gulf coast! Here are a few shots from a senior session with Miss M.  We had all of these great sites picked out and then it began to rain.  No worries – we just grabbed an umbrella and boots and improvised a bit.  A little rain wasn’t going to get in our way!

Here are some shots of the beautiful Miss Jess.  I had the pleasure of meeting Jessica and her family for an evening photo session.  The sun was just right and her big brown eyes just sparkled.  I had a great time.  Hope you love your photos!  I have also included a video clip of your photo session.  It is something new that I believe you will enjoy!

Yesterday the weather was perfect – sunny with a few clouds – a cool breeze – just right for capturing some photos out in a field of flowers.  I really enjoyed chatting with Lauren and her Mom and brother.  Her brother by the way – way a great reflector holder!  I could use him as an assistant.  It is a wonderful thing to gaze through your camera in a field of yellow flowers – it is just like creating a painting in your camera.  I highly recommend it.  It also helps when you have a beautiful model like Lauren.  Congratulations Girl!  Here are a few quick peeks from your session.
